B2C & Community Marketing Specialist (Developer Marketing / PLG)

RaTurka is a next-generation platform enabling individual developers, freelancers, and indie hackers to easily, quickly, and securely manage their server infrastructure from a single dashboard.

We are looking for a creative and proactive B2C & Community Marketing Specialist to expand our end-user base, build thriving developer communities, and drive our Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives!

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Community Building: Build and nurture engaged developer communities across Discord, Reddit, X (Twitter), GitHub, and tech forums.
• Product-Led Growth (PLG): Design onboarding, email, and in-app campaigns to convert free/trial developers into paying individual users.
• Content & Social Media: Create relatable, technical, and engaging social content, YouTube video guides, blog posts, and tutorials for developers.
• Creator & Influencer Partnerships: Partner with tech YouTubers, Twitch streamers, and dev influencers to spark organic viral loops.
• B2C Performance Campaigns: Plan, execute, and A/B test B2C growth ads across Meta, Google, and social channels.

🎯 Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in B2C marketing, community management, or developer marketing.
• Strong grasp of developer culture, tech terminology, and the needs of indie server owners/developers.
• In-depth knowledge of community platforms including Discord, Reddit, X, and YouTube.
• Solid copywriting skills with basic visual/content creation capabilities.
• Fluency in English to engage with global developer communities.
• Creative, experiment-driven mindset with focus on user acquisition metrics (CAC, conversion rates, retention).
